Abstract: The topic of this research is the impact of educational technology on adult learning in Nigeria. This study aimed to examine how educational technology tools and resources affect the quality and effectiveness of adult learning programs. The objectives were to assess the impact of educational technology on learner engagement and achievement, to evaluate the effectiveness of various technological tools in enhancing learning outcomes, and to identify challenges associated with the implementation of educational technology. A survey research design was employed to gather data from adult learners and educators using educational technology, as it allows for a detailed analysis of technology's impact. A sample size of 310 participants from various educational technology programs was selected to provide a comprehensive understanding. The purposive sampling technique was used to target individuals actively using educational technology. The case study focused on the implementation of educational technology in Anambra, Nigeria. Findings indicated that educational technology significantly improved learner engagement and learning outcomes, though challenges such as limited access and technological literacy were encountered. The study recommended increasing investment in educational technology infrastructure and providing training to enhance technology use in adult learning programs.
